Lyon County Public Health has been working hard to protect our community. Flint Hills Community Health Center supports that all of our community members wear a mask before entering public places to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
Beginning today, FHCHC staff will be wearing a face covering when working with the public. For the safety of our staff, we will also be requiring anyone age 3 and up to wear a face covering prior to entering our medical clinics. The concept is “No Shoes, No Shirt, No Face Covering, No Service”.
FHCHC screens all employees as they get to work and encourages staff to stay home if they have any of the potential coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms, including fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat and recent loss of taste or smell.
