Natosha Viles, a dedicated Dental Hygienist at CareArc, joined our team in March 2023. Natosha brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role, holding an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Flint Hills Technical College. Her journey in dental hygiene is driven by a deep-seated passion for educating patients on oral health, emphasizing the importance of understanding and proactive care, especially for those with periodontal concerns. Natosha has a knack for making dental education accessible and engaging, ensuring her patients leave not just with a healthier smile but with the knowledge to maintain it.
Natosha's commitment to her profession is evident in her ongoing efforts to attain her ECP II certification, underscoring her dedication to expanding her expertise and services. Beyond the technical aspects of dental hygiene, Natosha finds joy in working with children, drawing on her personal experience as a mother to create a relatable and comforting environment for her youngest patients.
Before joining CareArc, Natosha gained valuable experience across various settings, from traveling to Topeka and Lawrence to working in local offices. This diverse background has equipped her with a broad perspective on patient care and dental health practices.
If Natosha had not found her calling in dental hygiene, she imagines she would have continued her career as a dental assistant, specializing in endodontics back in Colorado. However, her path led her to CareArc, where she dedicates her skills and passion to helping the community achieve and maintain optimal oral health.
Originally from Colorado, Natosha moved to Emporia for her dental hygiene education, a place that has since become home thanks to its familiar ties and her husband's childhood connections to the area. Natosha's life outside the clinic revolves around her family - her husband, their two children, Logan and Brooklyn, their dog, and even a goldfish, highlighting her nurturing nature.
When not advocating for oral health, Natosha enjoys spending quality time with her family, engaging in sports, and dreaming of European adventures that await in the future. Her favorite health tip? "You don’t have to brush all your teeth, just the ones you want to keep." This piece of advice perfectly encapsulates her approach: a blend of humor and sincerity, aiming to make dental care a priority in a light-hearted yet impactful way.
Whether she's sharing her love for pasta, cheering on the Broncos, or simply enjoying time with her family, Natosha Viles embodies the spirit of care and expertise that makes CareArc a cornerstone of community health.

I like to provide my patients with education they can understand and that they will use to help better themselves overall. The patients that are periodontally involved also need education and understanding of what is going on to help stabilize their bone loss. I also enjoy seeing children since I feel like I can relate having my own and able to understand them more.
